# 3 Minute Mountain Legs

- 20-50x Single leg rear lunge
- Weight on front leg
- Quick cadence
- 30-100x Single leg step up
- Up 2 steps but front leg still greater than 90⁰ at the bottom
- Weight on top leg - don't bounce or put much weight when landing on back leg
- Lift weight, straighten front leg, slight forward lean
- Quick cadence
Repeat 2-3 times per week, preferably after long run or hills training
